Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bajlok platform. By registering, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

General Introduction and Acceptance
bajlok ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online casino and betting service operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bajlok and all its users ("user", "you").

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Warning: Opening an account in the name of a minor (under 21) is strictly prohibited. If registration is made in a minor's name, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
bajlok reserves the right to verify and, if necessary, close any account registered on the basis of false information.
Account Registration and Verification
To become a member of bajlok, providing accurate and complete personal information is mandatory. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
3.1 Registration Process
You will need to provide the following information at the time of registration:
- Full legal name (as per national ID card or passport)
- Active email address
- Mobile number (Bangladeshi)
- Date of birth
- Details of preferred payment method
3.2 KYC Verification
bajlok may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. As part of this, you may be asked to submit the following documents:
- A clear photo of your National ID Card (NID) or passport
- Confirmation document for the payment method used
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
Withdrawals may be limited until KYC is completed. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party to ensure account security. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on bajlok:
4.1 Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all payment methods)
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name
- Deposits made in the name of a third party will not be accepted and will be returned
4.2 Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard processing time: within 1 hour
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed
bajlok does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, charges set by your payment service provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
bajlok is always committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. bajlok reserves the right to notify relevant authorities if suspicious financial transactions are detected, and the associated account may be suspended for the duration of the investigation.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
bajlok offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳32,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x (20 times) wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, bets totalling ৳20,000 must be placed.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met
- bajlok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
- If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed
- The validity period of a bonus offer will be specified with each promotion
Gameplay and Fair Play Policy
bajlok is committed to operating all games fairly and transparently. The games available on our platform are developed by recognised software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others.
6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)
In all slots and casino games, every outcome is determined through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). This technology ensures that each game round is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game round is not completed due to any technical error or system failure, bajlok reserves the right to cancel that round and return the placed bet. Claims for abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a technical error may be voided by bajlok.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajlok platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Registering using false or incorrect identification
- Using any strategy to abuse bonus benefits (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting)
- Attempting to hack the system or make unauthorised modifications to the software
- Depositing into your own account using a third party's funds
- Selling, transferring, or renting an account
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Engaging in harassing or abusive behaviour toward other users
- Playing games using automated bots or scripts
If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, bajlok will notify the relevant authorities and reserves the right to take legal action.
Account Suspension and Closure
bajlok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
- Orders from a court or regulatory authority
- The account holder's own request (self-exclusion)
8.1 Account Closure by the User
If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team via live chat or email. Any available balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the relevant terms before the account is closed.
Privacy and Data Protection

- Loss caused by errors in third-party game software
bajlok's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
